Students are excited about work-based training
After training in our on-campus kitchens for the last 8 months, our Certificate III in Commercial Cookery students in Brisbane are beginning their work-based training placements this week! They will work alongside the skillful chefs of some of Australia’s most exclusive hotels such as Stamford Plaza Brisbane and Pullman Brisbane King George Square (from Term 2). They will gain priceless industry experience while continuing to hone their kitchen skills in a real-world setting.
